Explanation: During session establishment for a user, OMEGAMON II for
VTAM detected that the end-to-end response time environment was not
connected. OMEGAMON II for VTAM encountered an error while attempting to
connect the ETE environment.
System Action: Session establishment continues without the ETE feature.
User Response: Verify that the ETE started task is active and that you are
running the correct level of ETE. Also, review the information on enabling ETE in
the OMEGAMON II for VTAM Configuration and Customization Guide. Verify
that all steps completed are accurate. Then, retry logon. If problem persists, gather
the preceding 30 minutes of the RKLVLOG and any dumps that were produced
or taken, and contact Candle Support Services.
