KONAF138 KONAXNPB GET_HASH FUNCTION FAILED RC(return_code)

(NPB) hash table. Return code and issuing module are displayed in the message

System Action: NCP component cannot successfully complete initialization.
User Response: Log the diagnostic information and contact Candle Support

KONAF139 function_name GET STATUS RETURN CODE=return_code
HSHRC=Hash_Table_Services_return_code
Explanation: A request by function (function_name) to obtain the status lights
for a resource has failed. return_code is the function return code and
Hash_Table_Services_return_code
is the Hash Table Services return code, if
applicable.
System Action: The status light for the resource displays Idle.
