Deleting tasks
Tasks can be deleted in one of several ways in Service Desk. If the Delete icon is present, select the task
that you want to delete, click the Delete icon, and then click Yes to confirm the deletion.
If the Delete icon is not present, open the task, find the Manage Mode area, select the Delete option, and
then click Submit.
