Print Image Quality Problems
Black page The toner cartridge is old or
damaged.
The high-voltage power supply may
be defective.
Replace the toner cartridge.
Contact your dealer or an authorized
service provider.
Blank page The sealing tape of the toner
cartridge is not pulled out.
The printer feeds two or more
sheets at a time.
The toner cartridge is old or
damaged.
The toner in the toner cartridge is
low.
The high-voltage power supply may
be defective.
Pull out the sealing tape.
Avoid adding paper to a nearly full stack.
