Print Image Quality Problems
Other Print Image Quality Problems
The following characteristics define this print image problem:
■ The finished print has a problem that is not identified by any of the other procedures in this
manual.
Plotted print The print media is outside the
recommended specifications.
The print media is moist.
The toner cartridge is old or
damaged.
Use the recommended print media.
Remove the moist media and load new, dry
media.
Replace the toner cartridge.
Vertical blanks The toner cartridge is not installed
correctly.
The toner cartridge is old or
damaged.
Remove the toner cartridge and reinstall it.
Replace the toner cartridge.
Blurred print The toner cartridge is old or
damaged. Replace the toner cartridge.
Bold print appears
shaded The toner cartridge is old or
damaged. Replace the toner cartridge.
