IEEE 802.1Q VLANs
•
L3 Interface – Shows if the interface supports Layer 3 configuration.
•
MAC-Learning – Shows one of the following settings:
•
Enabled – The switch uses normal rules for MAC-address learning, or floods ingress traffic
to all ports in the specified VLAN.
•
Disabled – The switch floods ingress traffic to all ports in the specified VLAN.
Interface
To create VLAN groups:
1. Click VLAN, Static.
2. Select Add from the Action list.
3. Enter a VLAN ID or range of IDs.
4. Mark Enabled to configure the VLAN as operational.
5. Specify whether the VLANs are to be used for remote port mirroring.
6. Click Apply.

Creating Static VLANs
To modify the configuration settings for VLAN groups:
1. Click VLAN, Static.
2. Select Modify from the Action list.
3. Select the identifier of a configured VLAN.
4. Modify the VLAN name or operational status as required.
5. Click Apply.
