Checking the Job Log
You can specify whether or not to check the job log. When you
set Job Log Display to [On], you can check the job log using the
System Monitor screen. When you set Job Log Display to [Off],
the job log does not appear on the System Monitor screen.
When you set Job Log Display to [Off ], the Activity Report will not print
automatically.
1. Press (Additional Functions).
2. Press [System Settings] → [ ▼ ] → [Job Log
Display].
If the System Manager ID and System Password have been set, enter
the System Manager ID and System Password using
– (numeric
keys), then press (Log In/Out) to enter the System Settings menu.
The Job Log Display screen appears.
3. Select [On] or [Off], then press [OK].
4. Press [Done] repeatedly until the Basic Features
screen appears.
