5.6.4 DISPlay Subsystem

The DISPlay group of commands is used to control the selection and presentation of textual, graphical and TRACe
measurements.

DISPlay:BACKlight:BRIGhtness

Description:

Set or return the backlight brightness for the LCD display in percent. Zero percent turns the
backlight off.

Syntax:

DISPlay:BACKlight:BRIGhtness <numeric_value>

Argument:

<numeric_value> = 0 to 100

Valid Modes:

All

DISPlay:CLEar

Description:

Clear display traces and all data buffers for CH1 and CH2. Clears averaging filters to empty.
Does NOT clear errors.

Syntax:

DISPlay:CLEar

Argument:

None

Valid Modes:

All

DISPlay:ENVELOPE

Description:

Enable or disable the Envelope mode.

Syntax:

DISPlay:ENVELOPE <Boolean>

Argument:

<Boolean> = { 0, 1, ON, OFF }

Valid Modes:

Pulse and Modulated

DISPlay:MODE

Description:

Set or return the Text or Graphics page display setting. The Graphics page displays traces and
Marker measurements. The Text page displays auto-measure values in text form.

Syntax:

DISPlay:MODE <character data>

Argument:

<character data> = {GRAPH, TEXT}

Valid Modes:

All
