5.6.9 MEMory Subsystem

The MEMory group of commands is used to save and recall instrument operating configurations, and to edit and review user-
supplied frequency dependent offset (FDOF) tables for external devices in the signal path. Up to four configurations may be
saved, and two frequency dependent offset tables. Note, however that assigning a stored FDOF table to a particular
measurement channel is not a MEMory command; it is handled through the SENSe subsystem.

MEMory:SNSR:CFFAST?

Description:

Return the sensor high bandwidth (FAST) frequency cal-factor table.

Syntax:

MEMory:SNSR[1|2]:CFFAST?

Argument:

None, query only.

Valid Modes:

Any

MEMory:SNSR:CFSLOW?

Description:

Return the sensor low bandwidth (SLOW) frequency cal-factor table.

Syntax:

MEMory:SNSR[1|2]:CFSLOW?

Argument:

None, query only.

Valid Modes:

Any

MEMory:SNSR:CWRG?

Description:

Return sensor AC cal data.

Syntax:

MEMory:SNSR[1|2]:CWRG?

Argument:

None, query only.

Valid Modes:

Any

MEMory:SNSR:CWSH?

Description:

Return sensor smart shaping table.

Syntax:

MEMory:SNSR[1|2]:CWSH?

Argument:

None, query only.
