Mark Mercer PRESET

In the Main menu, pressing the PROG/PRESET/PRESET Mod keys one after another will display the keypad
for inserting a new Preset position.

1. Keys for loading specific functions directly from this

menu

To enter PATROL Setup.

When you store a Preset position, it should be associated immediately with one of the user-modifiable Patrols
(Patrol or One Pass Patrol No. 1, 2, 4 or 5); consequently, for each Preset position it is necessary to define the
following parameters:

Dwell time at that particular position;

Approach time to that particular position;

Enabling of the Patrol (or One Pass Patrol) sequence No. 1, 2, 4 or 5.

The default values for the parameters listed above are:

Dwell time: 10 s

Approach speed: 3

Patrol sequence: 1 enabled, 2, 4 and 5 disabled.

To assign different values to the parameters press the “ptrl

SETUP

” key on the keypad; the following page will

be displayed, where it is possible to enter the specific menus.

Procedure for assigning a

Preset position to a specific Patrol sequence:

If you wish to change the default settings for the Preset position parameters, press the “ptrl

SETUP

” key on

the Preset keypad.

Press the

key and insert the new dwell time. Confirm and exit.

Press the

key and insert the new speed value. Confirm and exit.

Use the cursor to select the Patrol to which the Preset position it to be added/removed and confirm by
pressing “

ent

”. If the position has not been assigned previously it will be added, and vice versa.

Each Preset position can be associated with any one, some, all or none of the Patrols.

Press the “

esc

” key to return to the Preset keypad.

Key in the Preset position and confirm with the “

enter

” key.

Repeat the whole procedure if you wish to insert positions with different settings; if, on the other hand, the
subsequent Preset positions have the same speed, dwell time etc. parameters as the first position, just key in
their number using the keypad and press the “

enter

” key to confirm.
