7.4.3.9 “Key Properties” window
This is the core of the system and is used to assign each key with one or more functions/activities.
The window contains six control
families
(Matrix/DVR-MUX,
Movements, Focus/Iris, Aux, Jump
page, Wiper/Washer), each of which is
divided into sub-families.
The “Save and exit” key is used to save
the key setting and exit the setup
window.
The “Exit” key is used to close the
window without saving the setting.
7.4.3.9.1 “Matrix/DVR-MUX” Controls
The controls that can be loaded from this section are used to:
• Select a video device from: matrix, local DVR/MUX or external DVR/MUX's (in cascade from the
matrix). If the Sanyo communication protocol is used, it is possible to connect both DVR's and MUX's to
the system simultaneously (checkbox Mixed system) and then each of these video units can be assigned
specific Function keys (see § 5.1.1.2.1 - “SANYO DVR/MU” VIDEO protocol, page 52).
WARNING!!!
• If the map keys are to be associated with telemetry controls only, select the “Matrix”
option button and assign the number 1 to the monitor, whatever the camera number.
• The “Mixed system” alternative can only be selected if you are using Sanyo DVR's or
MUX's.
