SMB B03 Power-up. Set to 1 if the module is in power-up mode.
Reset to 0 after the first valid dynamic block transfer. SMB B03 mirrors
the status of W58 B13.
SMB B02 Loss of Input. Set to 1 when any one of the four inputs
(analog input 1 or 2, tieback input 1 or 2) is absent. Reset to 0 when the
input signal is within the standard range of +1 to +5VDC or +4 to
+20mA.
SMB B01 Loss of +15VDC. Set to 1 for loss of +15VDC power.
Reset to 0 indicates power is present. SMB B01 mirrors the status of
W58 B11.
SMB B00 Soft Fault Mode. Set to 1 in soft fault mode. Reset to 0
when in normal operating mode. SMB B00 mirrors the status of W58
B10.
