• In Ethernet BPM (Bridge Point‐to‐Multipoint) Mode, the CRS‐311 uses Ethernet ”Port
1” for Ethernet Router Mode traffic, while Ethernet “Port 2” through “Port 4” on the
CRS‐311 are used for Ethernet Bridge Mode traffic.
3. For detailed information about cabling the CRS‐311 1:1 Redundancy Switch for multi‐port
Ethernet traffic – as well for single‐port Ethernet traffic (when the SLM‐5650/5650A
