string type; two byte location area code in hexadecimal format
(e.g. “00C3” equals 195 in decimal).
<ci>
string type; two byte cell ID in hexadecimal format.
+WOPN – Read operator name
Description:
This specific command returns the operator name in alphanumeric format when given
the numeric format.
Syntax:
AT+WOPN=<format>,<NumOper>
Response syntax:
+WOPN: <format>,<AlphaOper>

Defined values:
<format>
is the required format. Only long (0) and short (1) alphanumeric formats are supported.
<NumOper>
is the operator in numeric format.
<AlphaOper>
is the operator in long or short alphanumeric format
(see operator listing in the end of the manual.
