5 Trial Operation (Checking Servomotor Operation)

„ SERVOPACKs and Converters
Inspect and check the following items, and take appropriate measures before per-
forming trial operation if any problem exists.
• Are all installation, wiring and connections correct?
• Is the correct power supply voltage being supplied to the SERVOPACK and the
converter?
„ Installing the Servomotor, SERVOPACK, and Converter
Install the servomotor, the SERVOPACK, and the converter according to the installa-
tion conditions.
<Note>
• Be sure to secure the servomotor to the equipment, or the servomotor may turn
over when it starts rotating.
• Do not connect anything to the servomotor shaft.
Secure the servomotor to the machine.
Do not connect any load to the shaft.
