10.1.1.1 Non-redundant discrete I/O

Discrete I/Os can be wired in two configurations: non-redundant and redundant.
Non-redundant configurations allow one CPU to manage up to 128 discrete I/O points. In this
configuration, a second CPU can have no installed discrete boards.
