Setup Examples
LogType2 [pseudo log] and LogType1 [nonlinear log] setup examples are shown below.
• Setting the Pseudo Log Range (LogType2)
This setting is for logging the pseudo log output (see the table below) of a vacuum gauge.

1 Press MENU (to switch to setting mode), hold down FUNC for 3 s (to switch to
basic setting mode), and select the Environment tab > LOG input
Set LogType2 under Input to Pseudo.
2 Press MENU (to switch to setting mode), and select the Menu tab > Meas
channel > Range, Alarm.
Set the range as shown below.
Mode: LogType2
Range: 20V
Span: Lower 0.000, Upper 7.000
Scale: Lower 1.00E-7, Upper 1.00E0
