Set the unit of the computed value (Up to 6 characters,

The available alarm types are high limit alarm, low limit alarm, delay high limit alarm,

and delay low limit alarm.

The range of alarm values is as follows:

The number of significant digits of a constant is five. When specifying the constant

using exponential notation, set the mantissa less than or equal to 5 digits and the
exponent less than or equal to 2 digits.

• TLOG

Select the timer number to use.

• Sum scale

Set the sum scale to
