number x created a new record. Upon inquiry, push the Keep button to keep the lift in
the database as a correct lift, or push the Remove button to remove an unintentionally
made call (phone marketing or dialling error) from the database.
Authorisation of Lift Created by Check Call

Enter the other lift card parameters to enable authorisation. Refer to the Lifts below for
details.
The second way is to create a lift card in the database first. Complete all the necessary
data described in the Lifts paragraph below and save the settings. The lift name will be
marked red as the lift has not made any check call yet. The lift will be ready for use
after being installed and making the first check call.
Every newly created lift is added to the end of the tree. You can move the lifts to
selected groups if necessary by dragging them to a new location: select the lift to be
moved and drag it upon the group name. Wait for an arrow that points to the future
location. Now release the mouse button to move the object to the new destination. If
you stay longer upon the group name, the group contents will open and allow you to
place the objects in a subgroup deeper in the tree structure. Refer to the figure below
for an example. You can use multiselect to move a high number of lifts. Like in other
applications, multiselect works in two ways: either hold the Ctrl key to select the
objects, or hold the Shift key and select the first and last objects and the objects in
between will be selected too. Now drag the selected objects as mentioned above.
Note
Enter the serial number of the device that calls the check call line for the
first time and supports the CPC or P100 protocol. Otherwise, the phone
number will be used as the serial number.
Caution
A lift that fails to make a check call within the set timeout will keep
marked as defective until it makes a correct check call. When in defect,
the lift is visible for the technician to identify the failure and examine the
lift.
