2.5 Announcer – shaft
Description
This announcer is intended for installation at the bottom of a lift shaft or on the roof of
a lift or wherever it is necessary to communicate, for example during lift maintenance
etc. The basic trait of this announcer is the robust yellow cover. It is not intended for
outdoor use, but it tolerates the conditions in a lift shaft very well – it is resistant to
small items dropping on it, dripping oil etc. Using the ALARM button it is possible to
activate connection with the control centre, using the TRIPHONY button you can initiate
conference connection with the other announcers of the same lift. There is a built-in
microphone and speaker in the announcer, but it is possible to connect an earpiece for
better acoustic properties. Thanks to the dimensions and stiffness of the cover the
announcer has a good, strong soundx.
Operation:
This type of announcer is operated by qualified persons performing, for example,
lift maintenance.
The button TRIPHONY activates voice communication with the other announcers
of the same lift.
The ALARM button can be used, for example, when someone falls down the shaft.
The announcer calls the numbers configured in the memory of the button ALARM
- set 2 (021-026).
