Configuration of announcer’s location
The announcer has a factory setting as a cabin announcer, and so it is not necessary to
change the configuration. If you want to use the announcer otherwise than in the
cabin, proceed as follows.
Procedure
Preconfigure the jumper on the configuration jumper 12
If there is poor access to the pins, it is possible to remove the covers of the
electronics. Slightly loosen the four screws and shift the cover upwards. Now you
can removed the cover.
The first 4 pins serve for setting the location of the announcer (1. cabin ceiling,
2. cabin - default, 3. under the cabin, 4. bottom of shaft).
Configure the required changes according to the printed marking on the cover of
the electronics.
If you have removed the cover, put it back in the original position and tighten the
screw
Note
If external LEDs are connected to the connectors 7 and 8, indication LED
No 1 and 2 will not light up.
