Configuration of address
Under the transparent front cover there is a group of jumpers. If the machine room is
intended only for the given lift, do not use any jumper. The announcer identifies itself
as the machine room for the given lift.
If the machine room should be common for several lifts, configure the corresponding
pins 1-8, depending on for which lifts you want to have a common machine room.
(numbered from left -> to right 1-8)
Right group of 8 jumpers: configuration of address If the machine room is common for
several lifts, it is possible to use one announcer and configure several addresses using
the included jumpers. Other types of announcers do not have this possibility!
Connection to bus
Open the side door. Pull out the terminal from the connector, connect the wires, and
put the terminal back in the connector. Polarity must be maintained.
Note
The configuration of a different location of announcer is not possible. This
announcer is always configured as the machine room.
Note
If the announcer has several configured addresses, by pressing the
TRIPHONY button you activate communication of the announcers in the lift
with the lowest of the configured addresses.
Caution
Be careful of duplicate configuration of a common announcer machine
room.
