dispatcher. The table includes the lift Name, Serial number and Contact number.
Alarm Calls
The Alarm Calls menu includes a table of all alarm calls from all the lifts assigned to the
given user and received by the

now. Use the filter button in each column to search the call history. See below for
details. The table provides information on the alarm call date and time, CU phone
number, serial number if the CPC/P100 transmission was successful, and name of
the agent/dispatcher who processed the alarm call. The last table row shows the note
entered by the dispatcher during the alarm call.
