4.1 User instructions
Cabin
The announcer in the cabin is intended for an untrained user. But it is possible to put
instructions in the cabin, for example what a trapped person should tell the control
centre etc.
Meaning of pictograms:
Yellow pictogram “wait” is illuminated, connection with the control centre is being
made.
Green pictogram lights up, connection has been made and confirmed by the
control centre.
Yellow pictogram “triphony” lights up, triphony is underway.
The blue pictogram does not light up, but it marks the place where a signal is
radiated during the call for persons with a hearing disability who have a hearing
aid.
Shaft, roof of cabin
By pressing the ALARM button you can call the control centre, but on the set of
telephone numbers 2 (par.021-026). If the parameter is not filled in, just like the
cabin it calls the Alarm number (par.011-016)
By pressing the button TRIPHONY you can call the other announcers in the same
lift.
By holding the TRIPHONY button (approximately 2s) you call up the voice menu
via which it is possible to call the other shafts via TRIPHONY.
By pressing the TRIPHONY button again you can terminate this connection.
The ALARM button is illuminated in standby.
The ALARM button flashes when a calling is being put through.
The TRIPHONY button is illuminated in standby.
The TRIPHONY button flashes if triphony is active between the lifts.
The yellow indicator lamp is illuminated if connection is made with the control
centre.
The green indicator lamp is illuminated if connection has been made and
confirmed by the control centre.
Machine room
Everything that applies for the announcer to the shaft applies here. For all voice
functions it is necessary to press
(for longer than 2s).
This activates the voice
The announcer is equipped
menu for the machine room.
with a handsfree device, or it is possible to connect an earpiece for better acoustic
properties.
For entry to the voice menu it is possible to select the functions using the keypad on
the announcer.
