User Groups - Basic Menu

Click the Create new user card button to add a user to the table. Add a group in a
similar way. Every newly created object is added to the end of the tree. You can move
the users and user groups to a selected structure if necessary by dragging them to a
new location: select the user or user group to be moved and drag it upon the group
name. Wait for an arrow that points to the future location. Now release the mouse
button to move the object to the new destination. If you stay longer upon the group
name, the group contents will open and allow you to place the objects in a subgroup
deeper in the structure. Refer to the figure below for an example. You can use
multiselect to move a high number of users. Like in other applications, multiselect
works in two ways: either hold the Ctrl key to select the objects, or hold the Shift key
and select the first and last objects and the objects in between will be selected too.
Now drag the selected objects as mentioned above. By selecting a user you open the
most extensive third menu level, which includes three forms. See below for the form
details.
Basic
The Users / Basic menu helps you set personal information on users: the login name
and password for login to the
applications.
