Check Calls
The Check Calls menu includes a table of all the check calls that were received by the

number, serial number if the CPC/P100 transmission was successful, and check call

Alarm Calls
The Alarm Calls menu includes a table of all the alarm calls that were received by the
from the moment of lift adding up to now. Use the filter button in

details. The table provides information on the alarm call date and time, CU phone
number, serial number if the CPC/P100 transmission was successful, shaft number and
alarm-initiating audio unit position, lift name and name of the agent/dispatcher who
processed the alarm call. The last table row shows the note entered by the dispatcher
during the alarm call.
