Calls

Calls represents the other part of the Main menu. The Calls menu contains records on
the lift check and emergency calls and dispatcher and technician outgoing calls.
Historical data are kept from the first server installation and the whole call database is
always read. This makes it possible to find any accomplished call quickly and easily.
You can use filtration for the search too. Set the filter for each column separately and
combine filters to find the required data more efficiently. You can also arrange values
in the column in the ascending/descending order. Click on the selected column to
activate this function. Reclick to arrange the data reversely.

Click on the funnel symbol in each column to enable the filter; an active filter is
signalled by the funnel colour change. See the figure below.

You can set the filter for each column separately as shown in the figure below. First
select the most convenient function to be applied to the string entered: Is equal, Is not
equal, Begins with, Ends with, Contains, Does not contain and many others. Enter the
text to be found into the Search string field and press Filter to activate the set filter
and display the selected string in the column. Use another filter or another function to
make your search more precise. Remember to delete the set filters with the Delete
filter button in all the columns after filtering as the function settings are not cancelled
by server disconnection. When you logged in again without doing so, the filtration
results would get displayed to you instead of all the lifts.

Caution

When the storage is full, no new plans will be added. Hence, delete the
old plans or increase the storage capacity.
The Firmware administration function is under development now. It is not
used at present.
