server returned RFC2251 Result Message No "93" (no results returned) for Address Book

query.

[Remedy] Have your network administrator confirm the LDAP server status.

machine power. If the error still is not resolved, the smart card reader may be defective.

Connect an unbroken smart card reader and execute the operation again.
