66. Select one new:
195-345D CLUTCH TORQUE ARM TAB
and two sets new:
802-079C HHCS 3/8-16X1 1/4 GR5
804-011C WASHER FLAT 3/8 USS PLT
804-013C WASHER LOCK SPRING 3/8 PLT
803-014C NUT HEX 3/8-16 PLT
67. Loosely mount the tab at the same Drive Type
bracket weldment holes used by the tab
removed at step 41.
68. Center clutch torque arm in the large hole in the
torque tab .
Refer to Figure 36 and Figure 37
69. Re-mount chains ( , ). Engage Drive Type chain
idler for
1 ⁄
2
in (13mm) slack in longest chain span.
Engage option jackshaft chain idler for
1 ⁄
4
in (6mm)
slack in longest chain span.
70. Tighten tab bolts to torque specifications.
2S-2600F/SGS RH Closeout
71. Select one new (not shown):
833-088C OGURA CLUTCH JUMPER HARNESS
Connect the jumper to the clutch cable.
Refer to Figure 38
72. Re-mount gauge wheel chain on sprocket .
Engage idler for 1in (2.7cm) slack in longest chain
span.
Install 2S-2600F/SGS Electronics
Continue at “2S Electrical Installation” on page 25.
These steps are common to both 2S-2600 and 2S-
2600F/SGS models.
