Install 3S-3000 CTR Clutch Bearing
Refer to Figure 52
45. Select one:
822-119C BRG 7/8HEXX2.05OD SPH
and two:
822-032C FLANGETTE 52 MST
and two sets:
802-282C RHSNB 5/16-18X1 GR5
804-009C WASHER LOCK SPRING 5/16 PLT
803-008C NUT HEX 5/16-18 PLT
46. Assemble the bearing between the flangettes .
Mount the bearing from the left side of the option
drive bracket
. Insert the bolts from the right
side, and loosely secure with lock washers and
nuts (some adjustment may be necessary).
Install 3S-3000 CTR Driven Shaft
Refer to Figure 53
47. Select one each new:
195-168D POWER SHAFT 7/8 HEX CTR CLUTCH
805-180C PIN ROLL 1/4 X 1 1/2 LG PLT
Drive the pin into the hole at the solid end of the
shaft (the end that is not tapped with 1/2-20 threads)
48. Insert the shaft, from the right, into the new bearing
, and the existing bearing at the Drive Type
assembly.
49. Select one saved:
808-259C SPKT 40B14 X 7/8 HEX BORE
and one new:
805-180C PIN ROLL 1/4 X 1 1/2 LG PLT
with the raised hub side to the right, place the
sprocket
on the shaft . Drive the roll pin into
the hole at the left end of the shaft.
50. Select the saved acremeter . Screw, hand-tight-
only, it into the 1/2-20 hole at the end of the shaft.
Note: The fasteners at the new bearing are not tight-
ened at this time. The shaft may need to be aligned
with the new driving shaft.
