Install 3S-3000F/SGS RH Torque Tab
Refer to Figure 90
107.Select one new:
195-345D CLUTCH TORQUE ARM TAB
and two sets new:
802-079C HHCS 3/8-16X1 1/4 GR5
804-011C WASHER FLAT 3/8 USS PLT
804-013C WASHER LOCK SPRING 3/8 PLT
803-014C NUT HEX 3/8-16 PLT
108.Loosely mount the tab at the same Drive Type
bracket weldment holes used by the tab
removed at step 81.
109.Rotate the clutch until the torque arm is in the
large hole in the torque tab .
110.Tighten tab bolts to torque specifications.
Re-install 3S-3000F/SGS RH U-Joint
Refer to Figure 91
111.At left end of new shaft , align pin holes of shaft
and U-Joint . Slide U-Joint onto shaft.
112.Select one new:
805-180C PIN ROLL 1/4 X 1 1/2 LG PLT
Drive pin into U-Joint and shaft .
Slide shaft fully to drill right.
Refer to Figure 92
113.Select one new:
805-180C PIN ROLL 1/4 X 1 1/2 LG PLT
and the saved ground drive sprocket (removed at
step 82, not shown here). With raised hub side
toward the bearing
, place sprocket on shaft ,
and secure with roll pin .
Refer to Figure 84 on page 53
114.Shift the collar and clutch assembly to drill
left, into Drive Type chain . Secure set screws.
115.Select one new:
805-180C PIN ROLL 1/4 X 1 1/2 LG PLT
and the saved ground drive sprocket (removed at
step 86, not shown here). With raised hub side
toward the bearing
, place sprocket on shaft ,
and secure with roll pin .
116.Shift the collar and clutch assembly fully to
drill left, into Drive Type chain . Secure set screws.
