These parts are not re-used.
Replace 3S-3000F/SGS RH Drive Shafts
Remove 3S-3000F/SGS RH Chains and Input
Sprocket
Refer to Figure 84
82. At the Drive Type bracket, loosen idler and lift
Drive Type drive chain off clutch output sprocket
. Do not completely remove the chain.
83. Loosen the idler (not shown) for the fertilizer/small
seeds jackshaft chain, and lift the chain (not shown)
off the driving sprocket. Do not completely remove
the chain.
84. Loosen ground drive idler and lift ground drive
chain off sprocket . Do not completely remove
the chain.
85. Drive right end roll pin out of input shaft . Pin is
not re-used.
86. Remove and save the sprocket .
CAUTION !
The pin removed in the next step is under lateral spring tension
from the clutch assembly. Parts of the clutch assembly will
jump to the right about
1 ⁄
2
in (13mm) as the pin or punch is
withdrawn.
87. Drive out mid pin . It is not re-used.
Remove 3S-3000F/SGS RH Clutch
Refer to Figure 85
88. Move the shaft to the left. Remove the:
195-187K 3S-3000F LH WING CLUTCH ASSY
from the shaft .
89. Remove shaft from the drill. It is not re-used.
