Install 3S-4000F/SGS RH Torque Tab
Refer to Figure 141
90. Select one new:
195-345D CLUTCH TORQUE ARM TAB
and two sets new:
802-079C HHCS 3/8-16X1 1/4 GR5
804-011C WASHER FLAT 3/8 USS PLT
804-013C WASHER LOCK SPRING 3/8 PLT
803-014C NUT HEX 3/8-16 PLT
91. Loosely mount the tab at the same Drive Type
bracket weldment holes used by the tab
removed at step 62.
92. Rotate the clutch until the torque arm is in the
large hole in the torque tab .
93. Tighten tab bolts to torque specifications.
3S-4000F/SGS RH Closeout
Refer to Figure 136 on page 84
94. Re-mount Drive Type chain . Make final clutch
positioning by placing clutch output sprocket in
alignment with the Drive Type sprocket (not shown).
95. Select one new (not shown):
833-088C OGURA CLUTCH JUMPER HARNESS
Connect the jumper to the clutch cable.
96. Engage chain idler for
1 ⁄
2
in (13mm) slack in long-
est chain span.
Refer to Figure 142
97. Re-mount gauge wheel chain on sprocket .
Engage idler for 1in (2.7cm) slack in longest chain
span.
Install 3S-4000 Electronics
Continue at “3S-4000 Electrical Installation” on
page 88.
These steps are common to 3S-4000 and 3S-4000F/SGS.
