Install 3S-3000 CTR Torque Tab
Refer to Figure 57
71. Select one new:
195-345D CLUTCH TORQUE ARM TAB
and two sets new:
802-079C HHCS 3/8-16X1 1/4 GR5
804-011C WASHER FLAT 3/8 USS PLT
804-013C WASHER LOCK SPRING 3/8 PLT
803-014C NUT HEX 3/8-16 PLT
72. Loosely mount the tab at the middle bracket.
73. Rotate the clutch until the torque arm is in the
large hole in the torque tab .
74. Tighten tab bolts to torque specifications.
3S-3000 Center Closeout
75. Re-mount the Drive Type chain (not shown). Engage
idler (not shown) and adjust for slack of
1 ⁄
2
in (13cm).
76. Select one new (not shown):
833-088C OGURA CLUTCH JUMPER HARNESS
Connect the jumper to the clutch cable.
Update 3S-3000 Right Hand Drive
On this section, two coupled shafts are replaced by a sin-
gle solid shaft.
Remove 3S-3000 RH Linkage
Refer to Figure 58 (which depicts the LH linkage, but the
parts to be removed, and their general arrangement, are
identical on the RH side)
77. Remove individually or as an assembly:
195-130H CLUTCH SHUTOFF LINK, 00 SERIES
195-144D CLUTCH SHUTOFF CAM, 00 SERIES
195-254D CLUTCH PULL TAB
805-083C PIN CLEVIS 3/4 X 1 1/2
805-109C PIN COTTER 1/8 X 1 1/4 PLT
807-072C
SPRING EXT 1 1/16 ODX.120WX5.5
These parts are not re-used.
Note: This part may be removed or left in place:
195-131H SUBFRM CLUTCH BRKT,SOLID STAND
78. Remove two sets:
802-079C HHCS 3/8-16X1 1/4 GR5
804-011C WASHER FLAT 3/8 USS PLT
804-013C WASHER LOCK SPRING 3/8 PLT
803-014C NUT HEX 3/8-16 PLT
and remove the:
152-263D CLUTCH ENGAGE TAB
These parts are not re-used.
