The LaunchPad Website
When NET SatisFAXtion is installed, a web server is also installed on the server.
This becomes the hosting site of the LaunchPad Website, which is the Resource
Center for administrators and users of NET SatisFAXtion. All administrator and
client downloads can be installed from this site by simply clicking on the
appropriate download link. There is user documentation and screen shots for
each client application as well as technical support documents and a link to
FaxBack’s online Knowledge Base.

The Report Utility
The NET SatisFAXtion Report Utility is a powerful tool that allows administrators
to run real-time usage reports. The utility logs directly into the NET SatisFAXtion
server to derive real-time message statistics.
The Report Utility performs queries against the usage database and allows you
to display the results in a table or a graphical display. Also, with a single click
Microsoft Excel can be opened with the table data present such that all the
graphing and sorting capabilities provided by Excel can be used.
The utility allows you to extract data based on a custom calendar or for preset
date ranges.
An entire chapter of this manual is devoted to this utility. Please refer to the
chapter “Report Utility” for usage instructions and examples.

Supported Clients
Net SatisFAXtion offers native support for nearly all e-mail clients or stand alone
clients such as Microsoft Fax and Windows Fax and Scan. Regardless which of
these fax interfaces you are using, NET SatisFAXtion delivers powerful real-time
fax delivery status for every user, giving you the ultimate confidence in fax
delivery.
Microsoft Fax – Built in to most Microsoft Windows platforms, Microsoft Fax is
an easy-to-use, full-featured faxing application.
Email Clients – NET SatisFAXtion can easily fax from any mail client,
including:
• Microsoft Outlook: Users can send, receive, manage and track the
status of faxes through their Outlook mail client.
• Lotus Notes: Send, receive, manage and track faxes right from Lotus
Notes.
• SMTP/POP3 Internet Mail Clients: Fax-enable GroupWise, Microsoft
Mail, Netscape Mail or any SMTP/POP3 Internet Mail client.
