Click New.
Click Finish.
Find the Receive Connector you just created. Right-click on it and select
Properties. Select the Authentication tab, then check Externally Secured, and
uncheck every other item.
Finally, go to the Permission Groups tab and check "Exchange Servers" and
"Anonymous Users."
