[Time_Date_Stamp] [datetime]

When this record was added to the logs database.

[Message_Type] [int]

What type of fax it is:

0: Send
4: Receive

[Receiver_Address] [varchar](100)

The dial string on an outbound fax, or the receiver’s email address on an
inbound fax.

[Receiver_Name] [varchar](100)

The receiver’s name, if any. Set by the sender.

[Sender_Name] [varchar](100)

The sender’s Caller ID (ANI). Note that not all fax devices collect Caller ID from
the phone call.

[Submit_Time] [datetime]

When the fax was submitted to the fax server.

[Schedule] [datetime]

When the fax was scheduled for. If the fax was not scheduled for some time
after it was submitted,

[Schedule]

will equal

[Submit_Time]

[Start_Time] [datetime]

When the fax began actually sending. On a receive fax this will equal

[Submit_Time]

.

[Original_User_Name] [varchar](50)

The user who actually submitted the fax to the server. For example, email faxes
will come from the

SMTPPOST

user.

[User_Name] [varchar](50)

The user who sent the fax.

[Source_Num] [int]

The application used to submit the fax.

0: Unknown
1: WinFax (deprecated)
2: Exchange MAPI gateway (deprecated)
3: Notes Domino gateway (deprecated)
5: SMTP or POP3 email gateway
9: Administration
15: Email Autoenroll
18: FAXability

[User_Billing_Code] [varchar](50)

User billing code, see
