the user you wish to route to, right-click on it and select Modify User. Change to
the Routing tab. In the Identifier box, enter the DID string you wish to route to
this user.
To assign a line to a user (note that you cannot use line routing with VoIP or
T1/PRI equipment), run the Administration program and log in. Go to the User
Administration section using the View ► User Administration menu. Select the
user you wish to route to, right-click on it and select Modify User. Change to the
Routing tab. Click the Line drop-down box and select the line you wish to route
to this user.
2.5.2.2 Routing to Groups
Group routing is the association of a single DID or line to a group. This enables a
single fax to be sent to multiple users. When the fax is received, the fax is sent
to each member of the group.

User Administration section using the View ► User Administration menu. Select
the group you wish to route to, right-click on it and select Modify Group. Change
