2.9.2.6.6 Disable Out of Office and Auto Replies
Out of Office and automatic replies shouldn’t be sent in response to inbound
faxes.
Locate the Global Settings folder, expand it, and right-click on the Internet
Message Formats. Select New > Domain...
Enter a name for this domain message format object. This will only be used for
display purposes from within the Exchange System Manager. It has no impact
on functionality.
Enter your fax server's SMTP Domain Name in the "SMTP domain" field.
You are done with this tab. Change to the "Message Format" tab.
Make sure the following settings are NOT checked:
• Allow out of office responses
