2.5.4.2

Global vs. Per-User Export

Export can be configured both with a global export configuration, and multiple
per-user configurations. If an entry exists for a particular user, Export will use
that entry. If the user does not exist, the global setting will be used.

When the Override all other users box is checked on the Everyone entry, all
other per-user export settings will be disabled.

2.5.4.3

Exporting to a Network Share (UNC Path)

Since NET SatisFAXtion runs as a service, UNC paths must be used to export to
network locations. Make sure that the service account used has permissions to
write to those locations.

2.5.4.4

File Name Format

The file name can be constructed based on fax information. The variable name
must be enclosed within

$(

and

)

characters, for example,

$(user_name)

or

$

(start_time)

. Any date/time variable (schedule, start_time, submit_time and

time_date_stamp) can be formatted by including a colon : followed by format
characters, for example

$(start_time:hhMMss)

will result in hours, minutes and

seconds of the start_time.
