Ser ver Requires Authentication: Check this box if your SMTP mail server
requires authentication for outbound email. This will use the same credentials
you specify for the POP3 account.
Inbound (POP3) E-Mail Ser ver: Enter your POP3 server’s name or IP
address. If you are not able to ping your mail server name from this machine,
enter it's IP address in the Inbound (POP3) E-mail Server field. If you are unsure
what to enter here, contact your mail service provider.
Outbound (SMTP) E-Mail Ser ver: Enter your SMTP server’s name or IP
address. If you are not able to ping your mail server name from this machine,
enter it's IP address in the Outbound (SMTP) E-mail Server field. If you are
unsure what to enter here, contact your mail service provider.
User Name: Enter the password of the POP3 mailbox the email gateway will
use for outbound faxes. If you are unsure what to enter here, contact your mail
service provider.
Password: Enter the user name of the POP3 mailbox the email gateway will
use for outbound faxes. If you are unsure what to enter here, contact your mail
service provider.
Email Address: Enter the email address of the POP3 mailbox the email
gateway will use for outbound faxes. If you are unsure what to enter here,
contact your mail service provider.
Users should receive inbound faxes in this file format: The PDF
option will only be displayed if your server is licensed for the inbound PDF
Converter.
