Nothing lights on the
operation panel when main
switch is turned ON.
Is the power plug connected to an AC
outlet?
Connect the plug to an AC outlet. -----
No copies come out when
the Start key is pressed. Has a message appeared in the message
display? Read the message, and take action in
accordance with it.

Copies come out blank. Are the originals set correctly?
When originals are set on the platen, face
them down and align them with original
size scale. Set originals face up when
setting the original on the optional DF.

Copies come out too light. Is the copier in the auto exposure mode? Perform "A.E.". 58
Is the copier in the manual exposure
mode? Adjust the exposure to the correct degree
using the copy exposure adjustment keys.
