Today's Availability—Availability status of the network service. The status can be Available,

Partially Available, or Unavailable, represented by

displays the percentage of the availability during the time range for the SLA report data. This

field displays nothing when the SLA is not performed.

Viewing SLAs in icon view

Access the SLA page.

Click the Icon View tab.
The SLA list appears in icon view, as shown in

Figure 16

.

No. Description

Name of the SLA.

Availability status of the service. Hover the pointer over this icon, the latest collection time
appears. Click the icon, the Service Availability bar chart appears.

Healthy status of the service indicated by scores in the range of 1 to 5 and colors. Click this
icon, the Health bar chart for the SLA and its KQIs appears.

Represents MTBF. Click this icon, the MTBF bar chart appears, showing the mean time
between failures.

Represents MTTR. Click this icon, the MTTR bar chart appears, showing the mean time to
repair.
