l2tp forward
The router can be configured to forward all incoming calls to an LNS without
answering the incoming call. This feature is normally used when the router is acting
as a LAC or both a LAC and LNS.
NOTE:
Only one tunnel entry can have this option set.

all Forward all incoming calls through the tunnel to an LNS
none No incoming calls are allowed to be forwarded through
the tunnel to an LNS.
