7.7 Disassembling the MX125 Digital Output

Module

Disassemble the MX125-MKC-M10

Open the TR Cover

1.

See section 7.2.1, “Disassembling the MX110-UNV-H04.”

Remove the RECT Cable Conn

2.

Loosen the four screws indicated by the arrow in the figure below using a

precision driver (flat head). The screws cannot fall out, so loosen the screw
completely.

Pull out the RECT Cable Conn (if it is difficult to pull out by hand, use a precision

driver or other tool to lift up both ends alternately and remove).

Remove the Bezel

Remove the Plate

See section 7.2.1, “Disassembling the MX110-UNV-H04.”

Remove the Module Case

See section 7.2.1, “Disassembling the MX110-UNV-H04.”

Remove the Module Back Plate

See section 7.2.1, “Disassembling the MX110-UNV-H04.”

Remove the DO Relay Board and DO Power Board

Remove the boards in the same manner as described in section 7.2.1, “Disassembling

the MX110-UNV-H04.”

Cautions When Assembling the MX125-MKC-M10

When reassembling the DO Relay Board and the DO Power Board, make sure to
correctly position and the connector pins when pushing in (if you push in the boards in
the wrong position, fire can result).
