Restoring Factory Default Settings

Library Demo cannot be performed from the Web client. The path to
open the appropriate screen is as follows:
• From the operator panel, select
Tools > Library Tests > Library Demo
.
Restoring Factory Default Settings
Administrators can restore the default library configuration settings.
Restoring the default configuration clears most of the library's
configurable items, such as partitions, user accounts, I/E station slots,
cleaning slots, and so on. It does not clear the following settings:
• Date and time
• Network configuration
• License keys
Once you have restored factory defaults, you can use the
Setup Wizard
or
commands on the
Setup
menu to reconfigure the library. See Configuring
Your Library on page 56.
The paths to open the appropriate screens are as follows:
• From the Web client, select
Tools > Reset Factory Defaults
.
• From the operator panel, select
Tools > Factory Defaults
.
