PEDALS:

3.1.

Remove both hex head tapp screws securing
the forward/reverse pedal to the pedal link
assembly using 1/2” socket. See Figure 3.1.

NOTE: Loctite™ the threads and torque them
between 160 and 200 In. Lbs. during assembly.

3.2.

Remove the forward/reverse pedal.

3.3.

Remove both hex head tapp screws securing
the brake pedal to the brake link assembly using
a 1/2” socket. See Figure 3.3.

NOTE: Loctite™ the threads and torque them
between 160 and 200 In. Lbs. during assembly.

3.4.

Remove the brake pedal.

3.5.

Remove both hex head tapp screws securing
the differential pedal to the differential shaft
assembly using a 1/2” socket. See Figure 3.5.

NOTE: Loctite™ the threads and torque them
between 160 and 200 In. Lbs. during assembly.

3.6.

Remove the differential pedal.

4.

FLOOR PADS:

4.1.

Remove the right and left floor pads from the
fender assembly by squeezing the fastener clips
from the bottom and slowly pulling upward on
the floor pad. See Figure 4.1.
