7264 Compact Tractor
2.4. Remove all four nylon hex lock nuts securing the
hood assembly and upper heat shield to the
hood hinge assembly using a 7/16” socket. See
Figure 2.4.
NOTE: Do not allow the hood assembly to fall to
the ground.
2.5. Remove the upper heat shield from the tractor.
2.6. Remove the hood assembly from the tractor.
2.7. Pivot the headlight wiring harness rearward until
it is out of the working area.
3. SIDE PANELS:
3.1. Pivot both 1/4 turn latches until they line up with
the slots in the left side panel. See Figure 3.1.
3.2. Pivot the left side panel outward and remove it
from the side panel mounting brackets.
3.3. Repeat the above procedures for the right side
panel. See Figure 3.3.
4. COOLANT:
NOTE: The 7264 tractor has a dry coolant
capacity of 5.3 quarts.
4.1. Pull the overflow bottle up and off the support
bracket, and pivot it to the front of the tractor.
