5.

FENDER COVER:

5.1.

Remove all four hex head tapp screws securing
the left and right sides of the fender cover to the
frame using a 1/2” socket. See Figure 5.1.

NOTE: Loctite™ the threads and torque them
between 160 and 200 In. Lbs. during assembly.

5.2.

Remove both pan head screws securing the rear
portion of the fender cover to the fender using a
large Phillips screwdriver.

NOTE: Both of the pan head screws are secured
to the fender by speed nuts.

6.

SEAT ASSEMBLY:

6.1.

Remove the wiring harness connector from the
seat safety switch using a small flat blade screw-
driver to lift the locking tab. See Figure 6.1.

6.2.

Remove the wire tie securing the wiring harness
to the lower seat tray using side cutters.

6.3.

Slide the seat rearward. See Figure 6.3.

6.4.

Remove both socket head cap screws securing
the front of the seat to the tractor using a 1/4”
Allen wrench.

NOTE: Loctite™ the threads and torque them
between 160 and 200 In. Lbs. during assembly.

6.5.

Slide the seat assembly forward. See Figure 6.5.

6.6.

Pivot the seat forward until it is resting on the
steering wheel.

6.7.

Remove both socket head cap screws securing
the rear of the seat to the tractor using a 1/4”
Allen wrench.

NOTE: Loctite™ the threads and torque them
between 160 and 200 In. Lbs. during assembly.

6.8.

Remove the seat assembly.
