4.2.

Position a long coolant drain funnel and a suit-
able coolant drain container below the radiator
drain plug. See Figure 4.2.

NOTE: The overflow bottle support bracket can
be removed to allow direct access to the coolant
drain plug.

4.3.

Partially loosen the main radiator cap.

4.4.

Slowly loosen the radiator drain plug until the
groove is exposed.

NOTE: The radiator drain plug does not need to
be completely removed. There is a groove in it to
guide the coolant towards the drain funnel. See
Image Below.

4.5.

Remove the radiator cap.

4.6.

Allow all the coolant to drain.

NOTE: The coolant must be a 50:50 mix during
assembly.

4.7.

Tighten the radiator drain plug.

4.8.

Secure the main radiator cap.

5.

OIL COOLER:

5.1.

Remove all four hex flange nuts securing the oil
cooler to the debris screen support using a
10mm socket. See Figure 5.1.

5.2.

Protect the oil cooler and pivot it towards the
front of the tractor.

6.

AIR FILTER HOSE:

6.1.

Loosen the adjustable hose clamp securing the
air filter hose to the air cleaner canister using a
5/16” socket. See Figure 6.1.
